Since I actually returned home before I began my blog series on my UK adventure, I’ve somewhat returned to my usual routine. Somewhat. I still find myself referring to umbrellas as bumbershoots, and strollers as perambulators, and there’s just a hint of a British accent, which came on far too easily for me, still softly lingering.
Traveling is something I put off for far too long, and the past couple years I’ve been attempting to make up for lost time. There are so many places I still want to experience! Only my finances are holding me back, and I’ve got a six lucky number plan to fix that. Just as soon as my numbers come up, it’s adios amigo, auf wiedersehen, arrivederci, and so long, sucker!
But until then, I’m patiently cutting corners and saving my pennies up for the next great adventure. So I ask you: what exotic destinations are on YOUR wish list today, and what steps are you taking to get there?
