The stage is set, the actors are ready, and there are no rehearsals today. It’s traditional at the River City Playhouse to take the last day off before the first performance. The theory is that everyone will be fresh and rested and raring to go.
The curtain goes up at 7 p.m. tomorrow night, but you can hear me talk about the process of taking the plays from idea to production on KMUN, 91.9 FM, between 3 and 4 p.m. today. I’ll be speaking with Carol Newman on her show “Arts: Live & Local.”
“A Christmas Trilogy: Three Holiday One-Acts” will play for six performances only. Be sure to get your tickets early for this warm and fuzzy holiday show. As the playwright, I’ll be seeing my three “children” performed in front of a live audience for the first time.
I’m giddy with excitement! Come share the joy!
