A man visited a construction site. He approached three builders and asked them what they were doing. The first man replied, “I’m laying bricks.” The second said, “I’m constructing a wall.” The third worker proudly answered, “I’m building a cathedral.”
The third worker saw the big picture. He had a definite vision. This type of vision turns work into joy. Without vision, it’s just work. And while anyone is certainly capable of creating a vision, few do.
I invite you to take a step back today and ask yourself what YOU are doing… What is your “big picture?” What vision do you have for yourself? What do you aspire to? Make it grand and glorious. Be the person you always dreamed of being!
