This is a lot tougher than it sounded coming from Tiny Tim’s mouth this morning, particularly when I’m currently experiencing an alternative reality show in my head powered by the oftentimes extra anger-inducing prednisone.
God bless us, EVERY ONE??
Even the man who contributed to my conception but who has now changed his phone number so his eldest daughter cannot call him? Even the man in Wisconsin who broke my heart into so many pieces I still can’t find them all? Even the medical insurance company powers that be who have raised my rates so high I now can’t afford to have any kind of decent coverage?
God bless us, EVERY ONE??
In a word: Yes. Yes, every one of us deserves love, compassion, tolerance, and forgiveness. Even me. And what I want for myself, I want for others. So in this season of charity, tolerance and acceptance, I do extend my blessings to Every One.
So the merriest of Christmases to Frank, and Mike, and Regency Blue Shield. I know at least two of the three of you clandestinely read this blog, and I’d like you to know I know you did the best you could, and sincerely wish you a truly joyous holiday, and a long and prosperous life.
