I’ve been working “behind the scenes” on the upcoming Peninsula Players’ annual musical production. Since I don’t sing (in the shower and karaoke don’t count), and I’d rather write than attempt to act, I’ve put my talents to use promoting the show mainly from my keyboard.
I’m the gal who created the advertising flyers, wrote the article for Coast Weekend, and has been regularly posting information on the Official Website as well as on Facebook. I love the magic of the theatre, and I’m willing to do whatever I can do to further the success of our shows.
So here comes the sales pitch! Friday, March 16th, is Opening Night at the River City Playhouse. The Gala Champagne Reception (punch and hors d’oeuvres) begins at 6:15 and the play begins at 7 p.m. There are NINE opportunities to see “Little Mary Sunshine.” Check the Official Website at www.peninsula-players.com for days and times.
