Here it is—my five hundredth blog entry. Five hundred is a very large number, representing a huge quantity of hours spent composing my little heart out at the keyboard.
And for what? It doesn’t pay anything, takes quite a chunk of time, and by the numbers on my stat report, I don’t have nearly the readership I deserve.
Back in January, 2009, I began writing this blog to generate traffic to my website, but that hasn’t much happened either. Yet.
The key word in any endeavor is always “yet.” Yet indicates an unmistakable eventuality. This blog is IN THE PROCESS of becoming a highly-read, often entertaining, often informative, online presence. Soon it will drive masses of eager people to my JanBonoBooks.com website who will enjoy buying and reading my books and plays.
I believe it, I can feel it, and I know I will achieve it!
